Moms of all ages and stages are welcome! Bring your babies, big kids, or come on your own and join us for a fun full-body workout in a supportive, welcoming community. Mom Strong Bootcamp combines strength training, cardio, core, and pelvic floor exercises designed specifically for new moms.  All fitness levels are welcome, and every workout can be tailored to your needs. Prenatal and postpartum moms are encouraged to join! This isn’t just a workout—it’s a community where you’ll build friendships, connect with other moms, and gain the strength and confidence to handle the daily demands of parenthood. With more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Sandy Mourad specializes in one-on-one personal training for men and women of all ages.  Sandy is passionate about helping clients build strength, stay active, and improve their overall quality of life. Her personal training sessions are thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Sandy has extensive experience working with seniors and individuals recovering from injuries, incorporating targeted exercises to support mobility, balance, and overall well-being.
